2 oz Raca Leza Mezcal Reposado
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Agave Nectar
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
- Rim glass with a slice of lime and dip in salt
- Fill glass with ice.
- In a shaker, mix ingredients with ice and pour
into glass.
- Garnish with a dehydrated lime and a slice of
jalapeno. Enjoy!
Raca Umo
2 oz Leza Raca Mezcal Reposado
3 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Dehydrated Orange Slice or Peel
- In an Old Fashioned style glass, add one
large ice cube, 2 oz of Raca Leza Mezcal
Reposado and 3 dashes of orange bitters
and stir.
- Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice or
peal and Enjoy! (Recommended with cigar)
Raca Baja
2 oz Raca Leza Mezcal Reposado
2 oz Pinapple Juice
2 oz Mango Juice
1/4 Fresh Lime
Chamoy
Tajin
- Rim glass with Chamoy and Tajin.
- Fill a glass with one large ice cube.
- In a shaker, mix all ingredients with ice
and pour into glass.
- Cut lime in 4's and squeeze in glass.
Garnish with tajin-spiced dehydrated
mango slice and Enjoy!

2 oz Raca Leza Mezcal Reposado
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Grapefruit Soda
A Pinch of Cilantro
Tajin
- Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Rim martini glass with Tajin.
- Strain into martini glass and Enjoy!
Blood Orange Racarita
2 oz Raca Leza Mezcal Reposado
2 oz Fresh Blood Orange Juice
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Agave Nectar
Splash of Sparkling Water for Fizz
- Add all ingredients (Exept Sparkling Water)
into a shaker with ice. SHAKE!
- Pour over a glass with ice and add a
splash of sparkling water
- Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange
slice and Enjoy!
